Chiara Carretti works with new technologies different media and self-developed instruments and softwares to create complete performances that could both provide opportunity for thought as well as be a research of artistical expression.
She looks at the art as a social and political act and conducts researches on new languages to produce works that expresses the current world.
In her performances and installations, music, electronics, dance, poetry, theater and videos are mixed to deeply talk to the audience.
She works as director's assistant and camera operator for the streaming department of Teatro alla Scala, Milano.
She's also a clarinetist used to perform both contemporary that classical music.
She graduated with honours in Clarinet, Electronic Music and Composition.
